Redo of Healer aside, if you really want a game which plays with the default JRPG Healer personality, I recommend Xenoblade Chronicles 3, for being an MMO-inspired singleplayer RPG where your party's healer, Eunie, is exactly as angry as the average MMO healer.
Angry cockney woman who was gonna become a DPS gun user, but then their team healer died, so she studied her ass off to get the bare minimum requirements to graduate as a healer.
And she still does it with a gun, because healing rifles are a thing in these games.
Eunie is so funny. She loves fighting and killing to survive. The world of Xenoblade is trapped in an endless cycle of a zero sum war between two great armies (themed around the worlds of the first two games). Noah, your party's DPS, is a philosophical dude who even early on understands that all this endless killing is awful. Leading to a very good tone setter for their characters early on.

Eunie: [Genuinely confused] We're not?
Later in the game, they meet a woman named Ashera, who loves killing and fighting even more than Eunie. They get along terribly from the word go (implicitly because Eunie is experiencing self recognition through the other), but it's described as a relationship where you can't tell if they're gonna hug, or wring each other's necks.
And then they end up making a mutual suicide pact if one of them gets too battle crazy. I think it's love, your honor.
To add on because she’s legit one of my favorite characters, the fact that said “MMO healer” temperament means that unlike basically everyone else who either had the Hero as a mentor figure or just generally get along/vibe with, 2/3 of the Hero classes she’s the starter for are Heroes she just actively clashes with in first impressions & it’s HILARIOUS
